To the Defense of the Life of Chairman Gonzalo! Support the Struggle of the Revolutionary Prisoners of War and the Political Prisoners!
Long live the New Great Wave of the World Proletarian Revolution!

With blood and fire all the imperialists, reactionaries and revisionists of the world are rushing over the world in a general counter-revolutionary offensive; an offensive who direct itself against all workers and oppressed in the world and which has as its goal to crush the revolutionary struggle of the working class and the oppressed peoples. But, as have been confirmed over and over again in the 20th century and the few years that have passed of the 21st, the imperialists and all their henchmen, the reactionaries and the revisionists, are in their inner essence nothing but paper tigers, who no matter how they rush forward with their butcher knives are doomed to go under, unable to change the course of history. The most obvious example of this are the People’s Wars which are being developed in Peru, Turkey and Nepal, in these countries the popular masses struggle, under the leadership of Marxist-Leninist-Maoist Communist Parties, against imperialist domination, bureaucratic capitalism and semi-feudalism, in new-democratic revolutions as part of the proletarian world revolution for socialism and Communism. These People’s Wars are the most obvious expression of how the revolution is the main political and historical tendency in the world; they are shining examples of the universal validity of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism, principally Maoism, of how this all-powerful ideology of the proletariat is the guarantee of triumph of the world revolution. Therefore the imperialists, reactionaries and revisionists especially dream of crushing these inevitable People’s Wars, and they carry about with all available means, including genocide on unarmed masses, systematic and planed rapes etc. and they try to throw as many as possible of the sons and daughters of the people in black dungeons; but the struggle of the people can’t be crushed when it’s led by a militarized Marxist-Leninist-Maoist Communist Party, and so the revolutionary warriors are holding the red banner high under the most difficult circumstances, transforming the black dungeons of the reaction to shining trenches of combat; they continue to fight for the world proletarian revolution and we have to multiply our efforts to defend their lives and in every possible way support their struggle.

The most important revolutionary prisoner of war today is the Great Leadership of the Peruvian revolution, Chairman Gonzalo; he is the one who reconstituted the Communist Party of Peru (PCP), prepared and initiated the People’s War of Peru and this is guided by his all-powerful Thought, which is the creative application of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism on the concrete conditions of the Peruvian revolution, and it’s under his Great Leadership that PCP continues the unstoppable march of the People’s War towards the seizure of power countrywide. He was arrested by the “anti-terrorist” police of the Peruvian reaction, in a operation directly led by the CIA of Yankee-imperialism, the 12th of September 1992; shortly thereafter the reaction wanted to humiliate him to lower the morale of the working class and the people by presenting their leader in a “tiger cage” dressed in a black and white striped convict’s uniform; but Chairman Gonzalo crushed their plan and gave a masterful speech that called on the PCP and the Peruvian people to continue the People’s War to the final and inevitable triumph, a speech which continues to shine victoriously and powerfully before the world as a combat weapon. After this speech Chairman Gonzalo have been kept absolutely isolated from the world outside and even the lawyers who wanted to represent him have been thrown in jail, just because they planned to defend their client. Meanwhile, the Peruvian reaction under the command of its master Yankee-imperialism and in cooperation with some revisionist traitors cried out hoaxes of all sorts to portray Chairman Gonzalo as a simple capitulator; these hoaxes had as its main purpose to serve the plans of the class enemy to murder Chairman Gonzalo, they haven’t fooled anyone with 2 ounces of brain substance and PCP have crushed every one of them by developing People’s War applying Gonzalo Thought to solve all the problems one face on the road of the revolution. Today, imperialism, reaction and revisionism try to sell the same old hoaxes and it’s a sign of that they are dreaming to put into practice their diabolic plan; it’s therefore more important than ever to give an impulse to the defense of Chairman Gonzalo, unmask all sorts of hoaxes that the class enemy wants to deceive the international proletariat and the oppressed peoples of the world with. By the side of Chairman Gonzalo, struggles also comrade Feliciano, who was the one heading the Central Committee of the PCP after Chairman Gonzalos arrest, comrade Felicianos life is also in great danger and must be defended with the Chairman’s. In Peru, thousands of sons and daughters of the people struggle in the prisons of the reaction, transforming these concentration camps to shining trenches of combat; the defense of Chairman Gonzalo is a defense of all these because he leads and represents them; he is their Great Leadership.

In Turkey the Communist Party of Turkey (marxist-leninist) [TKP(ml)] develops a Marxist-Leninist-Maoist People’s War following the line established by comrade Ibrahim Kaypakkaya; in a ruthless struggle between armed revolution and armed counter revolution the Turkish communists fight in the forefront of the working class and the people to establish New power; the Turkish reaction have by any means tried to drown the revolution in blood, but under the leadership of TKP(ml) the people continue on the path of revolution. In Turkey, as in Peru, the comrades who have been imprisoned haven’t stopped fighting, they continue holding the banner of revolution high. In an attempt to hinder the organization of the revolutionaries in the prisons and smother their struggle the Turkish government have tried to enforce a new type of cells, of so-called “F-type”, which means an almost absolute isolation. The revolutionary prisoners of war are waging since one and a half year ago a protracted heroic battle, in service of the People’s War, against these fascist measures, as far almost 100 have given their lives in this struggle. Their struggle must be supported and brought to victory.

These women and men, in Peru and Turkey, are our class sisters and brothers: they are our comrades in the world proletarian revolution. They are our flesh and blood; no matter if we speak the same tongue our language is the same, it’s the language of revolution, and although we are different people we share the same features: in our faces the same victory is shining. Now, when the new great wave of the world proletarian revolution is developing more and more each day, smashing the bloodthirsty plans of the imperialists, the reactionaries and the revisionists, it is our duty to stand firm at the side of our brothers in arms, to defend the life of Chairman Gonzalo and comrade Feliciano and in every way support our comrades who are fighting in the shining trenches of combat.
