Proletarians of All Countries, Unite! IN CELEBRATION OF THE BIRTHDAY OF CHAIRMAN GONZALO AND THE DAY OF THE PEOPLE’S LIBERATION ARMY:
On the occasion of Chairman Gonzalo's birthday and the Day of the People's Liberation Army, we solemnly salute the militants, combatants, and masses of our revolution in Peru; examples to the world in giving their lives for the Party and the revolution, who apply Gonzalo Thought to finally crush and sweep away the three mountains: imperialism, mainly Yankee imperialism, bureaucratic capitalism, and semi-feudalism; in relentless and constant struggle against revisionism as the main danger to the revolution. We also salute the oppressed peoples who today are uniting and mobilizing more and more in the national liberation struggles against imperialism, whether it be the superpowers—the Yankee, Chinese, and Russian imperialists—or the other imperialist powers. Among them, we highlight the heroic and forceful struggle of the Palestinian people, which plays a decisive and forceful role worldwide in its resistance against the genocidal plans of imperialism, not only in Palestine but throughout the world. We also call on the people of Venezuela and all the peoples of Latin America to arm themselves to resist any imperialist aggression in the making. The Palestinian armed struggle for resistance and national liberation, and the current plans of imperialism and its genocidal runt, the Zionist state, are demonstrating as clearly as crystal the validity of Chairman Mao's words that “without a people's army, the people have nothing” and “power grows out of the barrel of a gun.” It is the Palestinian armed resistance, consisting of the Al-Qassam Brigades, the Abu Ali Mustafa Brigades, the Al-Quds Brigades, the National Resistance Brigades, and others, which, with the full support of the masses, has been able to push back the genocidal imperialist-Zionist forces. It is with the guns of this resistance that the Palestinian people, rejecting and condemning the traitorous collaborators of the “Palestinian Authority,” has been able to unmask imperialism and its outpost, Zionism, mobilizing the peoples of the world in a powerful global movement against genocide and imperialism. This struggle continues to reveal more and more the character of dying imperialism; the desperate collusion and conflict of the three superpowers—Yankee, Chinese, and Russian—and the other powers to try to get out of their final crisis through genocide against the oppressed peoples and a new re-division of the world. United Nations Security Council “Resolution 2803” reveals to the world not only the imperialist and reactionary character of that body, but also the collusion between all the imperialist superpowers and powers when it comes to maintaining the imperialist order and repressing the oppressed peoples through genocide. The abstention of the Chinese and Russian imperialists—in reality, their approval of the genocidal plan—has completely exposed their hoax of a “multipolar world.” The superpowers China and Russia are not “allies in the struggle against imperialism”, they are imperialist bloodsuckers aiming for world hegemony, and they only “help” oppressed nations when it serves this purpose. Although Yankee imperialism remains the most warmongering superpower, committing genocide alongside its Zionist runt in Palestine, throughout the Middle East, and the Third World in general, this does not mean that the oppressed peoples can count on the support of other imperialists to liberate themselves. Imperialists who, like China and Russia, have continued their business and good relations with the Zionist state throughout the genocide and still continue to do so. Imperialists who, without exception, will act according to their own imperialist interests and never in the service of revolution or the overthrow of imperialism. The strength of the national liberation movement against imperialism lies in the immense masses of the people, not in the agreements and deals that their bourgeoisies make with one superpower or imperialist power or another. The peoples of the world are uniting more and more every day against imperialism and its genocides and wars; they must indispensably maintain their independence and self-determination in the face of all imperialists in order to advance their struggles, and the arming of the masses is a condition for this. Furthermore, in order to culminate the national liberation, drive out all imperialists, and conquer full national sovereignty, the national liberation struggles will need the leadership of the proletariat through its Communist Party in each country, which must be a militarized Party that applies the universal ideology of the proletariat, Marxism-Leninism-Maoism, principally Maoism, to their specific conditions and leads the people's war, aiming at the world people's war to finally crush and sweep imperialism off the face of the earth. That is why we call on the communists, revolutionaries, and all the combatants of the national liberation struggles to learn from Chairman Mao, to apply Maoism and the contributions of Chairman Gonzalo, maintaining independence, self-determination, and self-sustainment, arming the masses of the people to wage war against all imperialist invaders and exploiters, and fighting revisionism, which always seeks the capitulation and disarmament of the people.
